Our Story

SICOchilli started life as a little dream of mine. I enjoyed growing chillies and making very small batches of special flavoured sauces for my friends, with most of the ingredients coming from my little garden here in Suffolk. 

Some rather nice people who tasted my sauces decided that more people might be interested in the tastes I had created and so offered to help get SICOchilli out into the big wide world. The rest, as they say, is history!!!

Our Mission

We aim to give you great flavours with heat as a bonus. The flavour is the key for us, heat is simple to achieve!!! All our chilli products are developed at home, with our own home grown chillies most grown from seed and lovingly sung to! They are then produced by hand  in a professional kitchen environment by experienced chilli chefs using high quality ingredients including our own homegrown chillies whenever possible.  Also available from our friends at www.peninsulaveganfoods.com

Lemondrop Tofu (vegan)

Spring Onions, Green Beans, Garlic, Asparagus, Olive Oil, Mushrooms, Cumin, Celery and coriander  in one pot cook slowly, In another pot boil up some whole wheat noodles. In bowl, soak some drained and pressed Tofu in Lemondrop Heatwave Sauce then fry in  olive oil until seared. EAT IT!!!!

Sweet Heat Bolognese (vegan)

Onion, celery, asparagus, mushroom, garlic, basil, coriander, spring greens, Tomatoes and whatever protein you fancy add a dollop of Smokin' Sweet Heat sauce and olive oil. Cook it up. Serve on a bed of wholwheat spaghetti and garnish with some Vegan greek yoghurt flavoured with Dill, chives and garlic….yummy!!
